Don’t Miss CSW’s Open House on October 26!
Our Open House for prospective students will be held on Saturday, October 26, from 9 a.m. to 12 noon. If you know any 7th or 8th graders who may be interested in applying to The Charter School of Wilmington, please encourage them to attend our Open House. You do not need to register in advance.
Our Junior Research Science project has been hailed by the local science community. This required program provides students with an authentic, in-depth experience in scientific research.
CSW’s signature outreach and volunteer programs (The Buddy Program, The Science Ambassadors and The Jefferson Council) continue to have a positive impact in the community for nearly two decades. Our Jefferson Council was honored by the Jefferson Awards as a 2nd place national winner for their philanthropic contributions to the community.
New partnerships and student/teacher opportunities are explored daily. The collaboration is extraordinary, ensuring CSW stays on an upward trajectory for our students in learning and growing. We provide all students with an exceptional education that prepares them for success in a diverse society. We also focus on developing the whole child. The Delaware Interscholastic Athletic Association (DIAA) offers an annual statewide competition in sportsmanship, which CSW has won the past six years. We have the largest number of high school athletes participating in sports in Delaware.
